Here's the latest updates from our shipping consultants. I may wait an additional week before the I send the next update as inventory should be arriving on the 14th in Australia and on the 17th in the US, so there likely won't be any news until shortly after next Friday anyway.

Let's Play (AU/NZ) - No change
Games are expected to arrive at the Let's Play warehouse by August 14th. They have all product data and will be ready to begin fulfillment shortly after arrival.
Asmodee Canada - No Change
I am finding it hard to get a good timely update from them. The games are collected and in consolidation but even an estimated ETD seems to be hard to get! Pushing for you on this side.
Spiral Galaxy (UK/EU)
This sailed on 1st August Games are expected at the UK warehouse, week commencing September 14th. Due to regular backlogs at Felixstowe Port, processing there might take a few days. Spiral Galaxy will review their fulfilment schedule once the shipment arrives but there shouldn't be any significant wait to begin.
VFI - Asia/Pacific
They have recently received your games at their warehouse. Shipping will begin soon.
Diamond - US
The shipment has sailed and is due at the warehouse around August 17th.

Below is our weekly update from Dara Studios who is handling logistics for the Cat Nap fulfillment. If you're in the below zone (US, Australia, Europe, etc.) please note that the absolute last day that you can change your address is noted on these regional fulfillment zones below. As the addresses in BackerKit have been locked, please reach out to [email protected] for any address changes, we'll update them in BK manually. =)
If you've already reached out to me regarding an address change, we'll be importing those into BK over this weekend. Thanks as always, and let me know if you have any follow up questions!

Hiya everyone, this is directly from Dara Studios who is managing the logistics of this fulfillment. I'll be posting these every week until all inventory has been received by all distribution hubs.
Australia / New Zealand
Vessel: MSC Somya III VKN629A, ETD 26/7, ETA Sydney 10/8, They have assured me this timeline for Estimated Departure is still on track!
Canada
Working on consolidating orders, but have assured me they will be leaving on time for fulfillment timelines.
UK & EU
Vessel: MSC FLAVIA GA629W, ETD Ningbo: Jul.28, ETA Felixstowe: Sep.06. Just got this update yesterday, so they are on time.
VFI (Asia, Oceania, South America)
Picked up from the factory on 7/24. Should only be around 3-4 days to VFI.
US
The cargo was picked up at the factory on 07/13; departure was on the 19th.

Distribution Mini-Update! Launching our next game this fall!

Hiya folks, addresses have been locked in the pledge manager. Apologies for not sending out a "heads up" message prior to doing this. We have relayed those shipping totals (send X units to this continent) to the various distributors and they are arranging pickup from the factory in China. While this process is going to be more complex than many publishers logistics, it'll ultimately be more efficient. We have 5 distribution hubs in various parts of the world, so if you're living in Spain for example, it makes much more sense to ship your products to the UK/EU hub than to ship them to the USA, then ship them to Spain. This also had a lot to do with the relative affordability of our shipping rates, which we passed along to all of you fine folks. =]
This whole part of the project is being managed by our partners over at Dara Studios who have decades of collective experience managing this type of thing. We're very much involved when needed, but they're the pros and doing the bulk of the work here.
Australia & New Zealand
For Let's Play, I'm waiting for an update on their pick-up.
Canada
Asmodee Canada is working on consolidating multiple shipments; they are in contact with the factory, have shared their consolidation partner, and will pick up soon.
UK & EU
Spiral Galaxy has added Cat nap to their inbound projects and is in contact with the factory.
VFI (Asia, Middle East, Oceania, South America)
VFI should be picking up today; I will have confirmation soon.
USA (Diamond)
Initial freight pickup fee has been paid, waiting arrival.

Now while absolute totals of product have been relayed to these distributors for pickup, the actual finalized addresses (your addresses) have not be relayed to these distributors yet. So if you're addresses has changed in the past few weeks then it won't be up to date with these distributors, but when they receive the inventory from China then we should be able to fix that for you. Have no fears though, even if we send the product to the wrong (old) address, we'll make sure you get your pledge. We've padded our totals sent to each hub to be able to cover situations like this. =)
By the way, our next game is in the works!
Heirloom: a game about Tomatoes
We're gearing up to launch our next game this fall (likely launching in October). It's a cute tile laying game about growing and harvesting tomatoes. The artist is from and lives in Sicily, so the game is also about his family restaurant and Sicilian cuisine.
